n a strategic move to bolster its property management capabilities, MCB Real Estate has acquired Pinkard Properties, a Hunt Valley-based firm with a reputation for delivering high-touch service to its clients. As part of the deal, Katherine Pinkard, co-founder and CEO of Pinkard Properties, will join MCB as Senior Managing Director, Property Management.

    With over 14 years of experience in property management, Katherine brings a deep understanding of the industry's nuances and a proven track record of success. Her team's expertise will be instrumental in helping MCB manage its expanding portfolio, which now spans approximately 15 million square feet nationwide.

    The acquisition marks a new chapter for Pinkard Properties, which was founded by Katherine and her father, Greg, in 2012. The firm has built a reputation for providing personalized service to its clients, often filling the gap between global firms and local operators. As part of MCB, Katherine's team will have access to a wider range of resources and opportunities, allowing them to take on new challenges and grow professionally.

As part of the deal, Greg Pinkard will serve MCB in an advisory role.
