I
'm Cory Carlson, a commercial broker with Bray Commercial Real Estate. You can reach me at (970) 261-9311. I was born in Leadville, Colorado, where my parents were educators and my dad coached football and skiing. We moved to Grand Junction when I was in 5th grade.
Now, we live in Grand Junction, which has been a great place for us. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities, beautiful scenery, and a strong sense of community with just the right balance of amenities. My wife Shelly and I started working in real estate in 2020 after selling our business, B&H Sports, in 2018.
Before that, we owned B&H Sports for over three decades. I grew up in the business, graduating from Mesa State College and working in various roles, including team sales to high schools and colleges across four states. When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my wife, traveling, golfing, paddle boarding, or with family.
If you're looking to buy, sell, or lease a commercial property, my advice is to take your time selecting an agent who truly understands the market, area, and value of the property. A good agent will partner with you, guide you through the process, and advocate on your behalf to ensure informed decisions are made. They'll go above and beyond to educate and support you every step of the way.
