Meet Don Potter: A Seasoned Agent with a Proven Track Record

You didn't provide a subheading. Please share the text you'd like me to rewrite, and I'll be happy to assist.

I
'm Don Potter, a real estate agent with Realty ONE Group. You can reach me at (970) 639-0305. I've lived in Colorado for 17 years, the longest I've ever stayed in one place. Although some locals might disagree, I consider myself a Coloradan through and through.

What draws me to Grand Junction is its unique blend of small-town warmth and access to city amenities. The community here is incredibly welcoming, making it an ideal place to call home. As an outdoor enthusiast, I feel like I've found paradise in this valley.

With nearly four years of experience in real estate, I enjoy applying my knowledge of finance and law to guide clients through the often-complex process of buying or selling a home. I understand that this can be a daunting decision, which is why I strive to be a supportive partner every step of the way.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 13 years in law enforcement, specializing in fraud and financial crimes as an investigator. Although I'm no longer a sworn officer, I continue to contribute to the field as a consultant and liaison.

When I'm not working, you can find me outdoors – whether that's cycling, running, rafting, or hiking. I also enjoy learning through reading and attending lectures on finance, history, and other topics.

If you're looking to buy or sell a home, my advice is to partner with real estate professionals who inspire confidence and make you feel at ease throughout the process. There are many talented Realtors and lenders in Mesa County, but it's essential to find ones who truly care about your needs and concerns.
