Meet the Real-Life Dunder Mifflin Boss's Pad: A 'The Office' Star Home

A LA condo famous from a popular sitcom is up for sale, seeking a buyer who's a fan of the show.

A
condominium made famous by "The Office" is on the market for the first time in nearly 20 years, with a new owner poised to take over after it went into pending sale status on July 1. Listed for $710,000 in April, the three-bedroom, three-bath unit at 126 Kellum Court in Reseda, California, has been under contract since then and is still accepting backup offers.

The condo was a key location for several episodes of the NBC series, including "Fun Run," "Dream Team," and the fan-favorite "Dinner Party." Director Paul Feig chose the property for its open layout, which made it an ideal setting for some of the show's most memorable scenes. The unit features direct access to a two-car garage and a private patio, as well as HOA fees that cover yard maintenance, controlled gate access, and earthquake insurance.

The condo has been a popular attraction since it hit the market, with open-house attendees quickly recognizing its connection to the show. According to listing agents Romeo and Susan Guevara of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, some buyers even moved into the complex specifically because of its association with "The Office." The current asking price falls within Zillow's estimated value range, and a nearly identical unit in the same complex sold for about $755,000 just last year.

Steve Carell's 'The Office' star, John Krasinski, showcases his real-life home office.
