iami Heat owner Micky Arison has sold his luxury Bal Harbour condo for $5.75 million through a trust. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom unit at Bal Harbour Tower boasts stunning views of the ocean, downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay from its 2,000 square feet of outdoor space.
Arison, worth an estimated $9 billion, purchased the condo via a trust for $3.4 million in 2020. The property was originally listed for $6.99 million last fall. As chairman and former CEO of Carnival Corporation, Arison has a long history with luxury properties.
The renovated 5,070-square-foot home features an open chef's kitchen, walk-in pantry, staff quarters, and laundry facilities. Building amenities include security, direct elevator access, a private restaurant bar, Olympic-sized pool, and beach club services. The condo also boasts a gym, spa, and Pilates area.
Arison's sale comes after the property underwent renovations in 2021. Chad Carroll of Compass represented the listing, while Leonor Ortiz of Compass repped the buyer.
