Brokers closed 83 condo sales worth $61 million from November 3rd to November 10th, down from the previous week's 120 sales totaling $92.5 million. The average sale price per unit decreased to $735,595, compared to $770,797 in the prior week. However, the average price per square foot rose to $557 from $543.
The top 10 sales ranged from $1.4 million to $5.4 million. Unit 1901 at Grovenor House took the top spot with a $5.4 million closing, or $1,341 per square foot. The sale closed after 90 days on the market. Unit 1507 at Continuum on South Beach came in second, selling for $5 million or $2,674 per square foot.
