ory McIlroy's impressive real estate portfolio spans multiple continents, reflecting his global golfing career. As the sixth Grand Slam winner in golf history, he has owned properties in Northern Ireland, Dubai, Florida, and England.
McIlroy's former Northern Irish estate, Robinhall House, boasted a private pond, practice spaces, and luxurious amenities like a gym and guesthouse. Built in 2009 for $2.97 million, the 13-acre compound had a main house with five en-suite bedrooms, a media room, and a double-height reception hall. McIlroy listed the property in 2012 for $2.7 million due to his increasing international commitments.
In Florida, McIlroy's first home was a one-acre plot in Palm Beach Gardens, purchased in 2013 for $9.5 million. The 10,577-square-foot house featured six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and high-end amenities like a gym, putting green, and sunken bar. He sold the property in 2018 for $11.9 million.
McIlroy also owns an apartment in Dubai's Oceana Adriatic building on Palm Jumeirah, where he resided from 2015 to 2020. As a UAE resident, he benefited from tax-free earnings and endorsement deals. His current primary residence is a Jupiter, Florida, compound purchased from Ernie Els for $11 million in 2017.
The 9,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial-style home features nine bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and luxury amenities like a home theater and recording studio. McIlroy still owns this property within the exclusive Bear's Club golfing community.
In April 2025, McIlroy revealed his latest acquisition: a custom-built family home in Surrey's Wentworth golfing enclave outside of London. He plans to live there with his wife and daughter during non-golf season, while maintaining his Florida residence for tournament schedules.
