iami-Dade County's condominium market saw a boost last week, with 120 units sold for a total of $92.5 million from October 27th to November 3rd. This represents an increase in both the number of sales and dollar volume compared to the previous week, when brokers closed 112 condo sales totaling $87.7 million.
The average sale price per unit was $770,797, down slightly from the previous week's average of $782,730. However, the average price per square foot rose to $543, up from $478 in the previous week, according to data from Redfin.
The top 10 sales ranged from $2.3 million to $5 million, with Unit 901 at Jade Signature taking the top spot at $5 million. The sale closed after 206 days on the market and had a price per square foot of $1,669.
