bridal and formal wear shop is set to occupy a historic building in downtown Mobile, while several waterfront homes are being developed near the Gulf of Mexico. A circa 1865 two-story building on Dauphin Street has sold for $610,000 and will be converted into a boutique retail space.
In other real estate deals, Sell Your Press has leased office and warehouse space at I-10 Industrial Parkway in Mobile. The company specializes in decommissioning and installation services for lithograph equipment.
The Vibe Boutique Mall has opened on Gulf Shores Parkway with 14 retail spaces available for lease. Tenants will include fashion retailers, beauty professionals, and artists. Waterfront homes are also being developed at Watch for Water's Edge in Orange Beach, with prices ranging from $375,000 to $1.5 million.
Additionally, a new Waffle House is coming to the area, along with several other businesses and developments, including a hotel, retail stores, and a grocery store.
