Proptech names veteran Kim Koraca CMO to drive growth and competitive differentiation.

im Koraca, a seasoned real‑estate marketing professional with more than two decades of experience, has joined MoxiWorks as chief marketing officer. The proptech firm, focused on growth and differentiation, welcomed Koraca after her recent tenure as CMO of eZmax, where she oversaw back‑office solutions and eZsign. She also served as VP of marketing communications and brands at Constellation1 and held leadership positions at Lone Wolf Technologies, while running her own consultancy, Kim Koraca Consulting. Koraca, who had already worked with MoxiWorks on a contract basis, said the opportunity was irresistible and expressed enthusiasm for shaping the company’s go‑to‑market strategy with a talented team. She lauded MoxiWorks’ AI‑driven platform, calling it a game‑changer for brokers, agents and teams.

    CEO Eric Elfman highlighted Koraca’s proven ability to scale marketing organizations and navigate the real‑estate tech landscape, noting her alignment with MoxiWorks’ mission to disrupt the industry and outpace competitors. The appointment comes amid other leadership moves, including Dave Greenbaum’s promotion to chief customer officer and Chris Choi’s hiring as chief financial officer.
