dam Palmer, a seasoned commercial real estate expert with 16 years of experience at LQ Commercial Real Estate Services, has joined CBRE as an executive vice president in Naples. Focusing on Southwest Florida, Palmer is the mastermind behind the record-breaking $92.5 million sale of CenterLinks Business Park last year, a 41-acre industrial park in Fort Myers that spans 454,200 square feet. This deal was previously the largest industrial sale in Southwest Florida's history.

    Palmer has since been surpassed by another notable sale, Tri-County 75, which sold for $155 million in November. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Palmer worked in software development, building systems and applications for companies like Lucent Technologies and Sprint, as well as police and fire departments.

    With over 1,000 transactions under his belt since joining LQ in 2009, Palmer sees the move to CBRE as an opportunity to leverage a broader platform, deeper resources, and global reach to optimize his expertise.
