rolman Realty, Inc. has announced that Rotor Technologies, Inc. will be occupying 19,700 square feet at 85 Perimeter Road (Nashua Airport). Mark Prolman represented the property owner, 85 Perimeter, LLC, and assisted Rotor Technologies in securing the lease.
The space includes 11,700 square feet of hangar space and 8,000 square feet of office space. This significant expansion will serve as the flagship manufacturing facility for Rotor's revolutionary aircraft, including the Sprayhawk and Airtruck civilian drones, and their building components.
