ion Real Estate Group, a Dallas-based firm specializing in Class B and C multifamily assets, has leased office space in the Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards. This high-end tower is part of a large mixed-use development that's becoming a hub for corporate tenants in downtown Nashville.
Joining other prominent tenants like PwC, Bass Berry & Sims, and Industrious, Lion Real Estate Group is expanding its presence in the city. The firm has historically focused on value-add apartment deals in secondary markets but is now joining top-tier firms in one of Nashville's most expensive office towers.
Nashville Yards is evolving into a magnet for finance, legal, and tech tenants, with recent additions like the Pinnacle music venue and upcoming restaurants and retail spaces. The 35-story Pinnacle Tower, developed by Southwest Value Partners, offers Class A office space with amenities like a rooftop terrace and direct access to the retail corridor.
As Nashville Yards continues to grow, it's reshaping the city's downtown core with its multi-billion-dollar redevelopment. Lion Real Estate Group owns five suburban apartment complexes in the Nashville area and has previously invested in local multifamily properties, including a $44.6 million deal for a Crieve Hall property last year.
