euberger Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. (NYSE American: NRO) has announced a new distribution of $0.0312 per share of common stock. The payment will be made on January 30, 2026, with a record date and ex‑date of January 15, 2026.
The Fund’s policy calls for regular monthly payouts of $0.0312 per share, contingent on market conditions, unless a different amount is later decided. No guarantee exists that the Fund can always maintain this level or that distributions will consist solely of net investment income. The ability to sustain the current rate depends on the stability and amount of income from investments, available capital gains, leverage levels, borrowing costs, and other fees and expenses.
Distributions may comprise net investment income, realized capital gains, and return of capital. In accordance with Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, a notice will be issued for any distribution that is not entirely net investment income. This notice will provide informational details—such as estimated portions of income, gains, and return of capital—but will not serve as tax reporting. Final tax characterizations for all 2026 distributions will be determined after year‑end.
