ill Belichick is selling his Nantucket cottage, a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beachfront property at 3 North Gully Road. The coach purchased the home in 2014 for $2.45 million and has listed it for $3.9 million through Coldwell Banker.

    The cottage, built in 1976, features a vaulted living room with a stone fireplace and direct access to the beach. A loft with custom-built-in beds can be accessed via a ladder from the first floor, while a lower level includes a family area and laundry facilities. The property has been renovated since its last update in 2009.

    Belichick owns several properties on Nantucket, including another small compound in 'Sconset and a home at 45 Fair Street in downtown. He is also building a new home next door at 7 North Gully Road. Belichick has previously expressed his love for the island, citing its natural beauty, friendly residents, and rich history.
