ew Jersey's median home price is $591,489 as of August, according to the latest data from New Jersey Realtors. However, prices skyrocket in the state's 10 priciest towns, ranging from $3.3 million to $1.5 million, according to Property Shark's annual report. The real estate data provider also released its list of the country's 100 most expensive zip codes, with a record six New Jersey towns represented.
