On Treasure Island:

* A 4/3 townhouse at 9901 1st St. E., #D, built in 1985 with 1,040 square feet, sold for $500,000 after listing for $535,000.
Madeira Beach also saw several sales:
* A 2/2 home at 15400 Gulf Blvd., #702, built in 1977 with 1,190 square feet, sold for $805,000 after listing for $849,000.
* A 3/3 home at 14043 E. Parsley Dr., built in 1958 with 1,511 square feet, sold for $620,000 after listing for $680,000.
