    St. Pete Beach saw several transactions, including:

    * A 3/3 condo at 5353 Gulf Blvd., #A402, built in 2006 with 2,012 square feet, sold for $1.15 million after listing for $1.2 million.

    * A 3/2 home at 368 41st Ave., built in 1959 with 1,352 square feet, sold for $985,000 after listing for $1.2 million.

    * A 2/2 condo at 4950 Gulf Blvd., #404, built in 1972 with 1,500 square feet, sold for $830,000 after listing for $919,900.

    On Treasure Island:

    * A 3/2 home at 825 116th Ave., built in 1967 with 1,616 square feet, sold for $850,000 after listing for $994,000.

    * A 4/3 townhouse at 9901 1st St. E., #D, built in 1985 with 1,040 square feet, sold for $500,000 after listing for $535,000.

    Madeira Beach also saw several sales:

    * A 2/2 home at 15400 Gulf Blvd., #702, built in 1977 with 1,190 square feet, sold for $805,000 after listing for $849,000.

    * A 3/3 home at 14043 E. Parsley Dr., built in 1958 with 1,511 square feet, sold for $620,000 after listing for $680,000.
