he New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association (NOREIA) has announced key leadership updates to strengthen its mission of promoting ethical real estate investing and protecting the best interest of its members. Linda Locascio, a respected leader in the local real estate investment community, has been appointed as President of NOREIA, succeeding Nicolas Zepeda who stepped down after two years of exceptional service.

    Locascio's leadership will drive NOREIA's continued growth and expansion in the region. Joining the board is Stephen Keighery, a successful entrepreneur with expertise in marketing, branding, and real estate investing, who will oversee outreach and member engagement efforts as Director of Marketing & Memberships.

    David Birdsong has been appointed Vice President while continuing to serve as Director of Legal Affairs. Several current board members have taken on new roles: Betsy Birdsong now focuses on expanding member perks and partnerships as Director of National Member Benefits; Jason Cole oversees the financial stewardship of the organization as Treasurer; Konstantin Ginzburg manages NOREIA's website and online systems as Director of Digital Infrastructure; and Stephanie Woodside develops educational events and programming for investors as Programming Director.

    Jessica Manzella and Carol Logreco will remain on the board, focusing on Local Vendors and Community Outreach. Locascio expressed gratitude to Zepeda and Jack Sternberg, who is stepping down after seven years of service, for their contributions to NOREIA's success.
