New private listing tool emerges to meet growing demand amidst CCP controversy

Luxury Presence offers a new product to help brokerages capture off-market listings and succeed in various market conditions.

L
uxury Presence, a proptech company specializing in real estate marketing tools, has launched Brokerage Listing Networks, an off-the-shelf product designed to help brokerages create and manage private listings. This internal tool allows agents to access, share, and stay updated on their brokerage's exclusive inventory.

The launch comes amidst the ongoing debate over NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy, which requires agents to add listings to the MLS within one business day of publicly marketing them. Luxury Presence is not taking a stance on the policy but notes that it has sparked strong demand for tools that empower brokerages to work with private listings more effectively.

The company describes private listings as an increasingly valuable resource for brokerages, but many firms are not leveraging them efficiently. Brokerage Listing Networks aims to fill this gap and provide a timely solution in light of potential changes to the CCP. Luxury Presence CEO Malte Kramer emphasizes that their product is fully compliant with current CCP guidelines and designed to help customers succeed in any scenario.
