Newport Beach man has been sentenced to four years for orchestrating a multi-million dollar real estate scam. Ronald Cedric Touchard admitted to exploiting his connections to take out equity from high-end homes without actually owning them.
In doing so, he lined his pockets with millions of dollars in ill-gotten gains.
