ixon Real Estate and Fore Premier Properties have merged to form a new Hill Country real estate company based in Fredericksburg and Kerrville. This union brings together over 48 years of experience and expertise from Vic and Marian Nixon, who will continue as Broker Associates with the newly formed company.

    The merger combines the legacy of Nixon Real Estate with the innovative approach and extensive network of Fore Premier Properties, creating a powerful force in the local real estate market. The new team will operate out of Fore Premier Properties' Fredericksburg location at 1325 E. Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.
