LL’s Value and Risk Advisory division has expanded its tax practice with four national appointments. Senior directors Kenneth Zdrok and Matthew Gorman, along with executive directors Newt Kirk and Joshua Soroka, will serve under co‑leaders Dan Leonard and Debra Moore.
Zdrok, an Atlanta‑based attorney, brings more than two decades of property‑tax‑appeal work across diverse sectors. He previously led McGuire Sponsel and managed tax and incentive programs at PruittHealth. Gorman, from Miami, joins after a decade as a senior manager at EY, where he specialized in reducing tax exposure on deals, developments and operations. Kirk, also a former EY senior manager, is a member of the Appraisal Institute and an expert witness before New Jersey’s Tax Court. Soroka, headquartered in Los Angeles, has 15+ years in commercial real estate, having been a managing director at a boutique firm and holding senior roles at EY, Cushman & Wakefield and KPMG.
