okia and Andorix Partner to Accelerate Private 5G Adoption in Real Estate Market
Nokia's Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) will enable efficient building operations and improved tenant satisfaction through private 5G, Neutral Host Network, and Edge Application OT solutions. The partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of these technologies across the US and Canada.
Real estate owners are seeking a 5G platform that connects Operational Technology (OT) use cases, including energy management, building optimization, and physical and cybersecurity on a resilient infrastructure. They also want a converged and future-proof smart 5G platform for indoor cellular coverage to enhance tenant experience with connectivity and value-added edge applications.

This collaboration brings together Nokia's global leadership in private 5G wireless solutions and Andorix's expertise in designing scalable in-building converged networks. The companies will bring fast, reliable 5G indoor coverage to commercial, retail, residential, and industrial properties, enabling new technologies like VR and indoor navigation.
