orthland Living is preparing to break ground on Luminary, a 35-story condo tower in downtown Austin. The Canadian company, a subsidiary of Northland Properties, will start construction this year on the 280-unit project at West 14th and Guadalupe streets. Units will range from 600 to 2,700 square feet, with prices starting at $499,000, making it a more affordable option compared to other developments in the area.

Other notable residential projects underway in downtown Austin include Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, which has reached $400 million in sales, and a two-tower project by Related Companies featuring 800 residential units, a hotel, office space, and retail. Kairoi Residential is also planning a 66-story tower at West Sixth Street with 394 multifamily units and ground-floor commercial space.
