    Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, a global investor and operator of healthcare infrastructure assets, announced that its Trustees have declared a distribution of $0.03 per unit for August 2025. The distribution will be payable on September 15, 2025, to unitholders registered as at August 29, 2025. The REIT is also offering a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) which allows eligible unitholders to reinvest their cash distributions and receive bonus units. However, the DRIP has been suspended until further notice, with unitholders enrolled in the program receiving distribution payments in cash starting from the September distribution.
