ean Shafiroff, a New York socialite and author, and her husband, investment adviser Martin Shafiroff, recently secured a 15,300‑sq‑ft, two‑story glass mansion on Churchill Way in Manalapan, Florida—an enclave reserved for billionaires between Delray and Palm Beach. The off‑market deal closed at roughly $21 million, after the property had previously listed for about $25 million. The home features six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, soaring ceilings, a wine‑tasting room, a chef’s kitchen, and ample walk‑in closets. Outdoor amenities include a pool, 250 ft of Intracoastal waterfront, and tranquil views. Jean described the residence as “extremely modern and high‑tech,” noting its furnished status and robust security.
Manalapan has attracted high‑profile residents such as Oracle founder Larry Ellison, Tony Robbins, Billy Joel, and developer Joe Farrell. The Shafiroffs also own homes in New York, Southampton, and Jupiter, where they plan to list later this year. Mercedes Foster of Real Broker LLC handled the sale, while Jason Haverkamp of William Raveis Real Estate represented the buyers.
