home at 3765 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. in Hammock Dunes topped Palm Coast and Flagler County's real estate transactions between Oct. 12-18, selling for $1.8 million on Oct. 15. The 4/3 house has 3,923 square feet, a private beach walkover, and panoramic ocean views.

    Condos also saw significant sales:

    * A condo at 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 701, sold for $1.3 million on Oct. 15. Built in 2005, the 4/3 unit has an extra half-bath and 3,283 square feet.

    * Another condo at 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 205, sold for $1.1 million on Oct. 15. The 2/2 unit with an extra half-bath was built in 2005 and has 2,340 square feet.

    * A condo at 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2101, sold for $880,000 on Oct. 15. Built in 1996, the 3/3 unit has an extra half-bath and 2,387 square feet.

    Other notable sales include:

    * A house at 214 Yacht Harbor Drive sold for $1.6 million on Oct. 14. The 4/2 house built in 2015 has 4,848 square feet.

    * A house at 112 Emerald Lake Drive sold for $1.25 million on Oct. 16. Built in 2008, the 4/3 house has lake views and 5,138 square feet.

    * A house at 6 Roma Court sold for $1.2 million on Oct. 18. The 3/3 house built in 2023 has a screened-in porch and 3,204 square feet.

    * A house at 3265 Maverick Lane sold for $695,000 on Oct. 16.

    * A house at 32 Eastlake Drive sold for $575,000 on Oct. 18.

    * A house at 197 S. Coopers Hawk Way sold for $553,000 on Oct. 18.

    * A house at 26 Ferngate Lane sold for $545,000 on Oct. 13.

    * A house at 86 Farragut Drive sold for $460,500 on Oct. 18.

    * A house at 50 Bickford Drive sold for $535,800 on Oct. 18.

    * A house at 143 Bridgehaven Drive sold for $482,000 on Oct. 18.

    * A house at 1912 S. Palmetto Ave. sold for $560,000 on Oct. 18.
