ion Dawkins, a Buffalo Bills player, and Sinatra & Company Real Estate are teaming up to launch the Sinatra Shnow Opportunity Zone Fund in Buffalo. The fund aims to revitalize underutilized land and vacant buildings by delivering quality housing and lasting community impact.

    Their first project will be in Allentown, where they'll transform a 1960 medical office building into 31 apartment units at 191 North Street. The three-story building has 26,046 sq.ft. of space and was previously owned by Sinatra's company. Mayor Scanlon is set to kick off the conversion today.

    This collaborative effort between Dawkins and Sinatra & Company Real Estate marks a significant step towards revitalizing Buffalo's neighborhoods.
