T
he Triangle Parade of Homes kicked off its three-week run across the region on Saturday. Builders from Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties are opening their doors to over 200 homes in 165 communities. The event also includes properties outside the Triangle in Sanford, Lillington, and Franklinton.
Visitors can tour these homes during designated hours: Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m., as well as October 4-6 and 11-13. Admission is free and open to the public.
Some of this year's featured homes include:
* The Apex by New Home Inc. at 8704 Maxine Street in Willow Spring, priced at $675,000
* The Craft and the Furious home at 117 Lochvinar Court in Cary, listed for $5,331,035
* BQuest Homes' Academy Heights home at 117 Boyd St in Cary, with an asking price of $1,630,000
* Raleigh Custom Homes' Put It All On Black home on Reynolds Rd in Raleigh, priced at $5,350,000
* Exeter Building Company's Covington home on Ridge Rd in Raleigh, listed for $2,999,000
