ondo sales in Palm Beach County declined last week, but the dollar volume increased. From November 10th to 17th, brokers closed 62 condo sales totaling $50.2 million, a decrease from the previous week's 65 sales worth $27.8 million. The average sale price rose to $809,035, up from $427,088 in the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $397 from $297.
The top 10 condo sales ranged from $735,000 to $12.5 million. Unit N42 at 2 North Breakers Row in Palm Beach led the list with a $12.5 million closing, or $3,995 per square foot after 383 days on the market. Kevin Condon of Sotheby's International Realty had the listing, while Suzanne Trapani Frisbie of Corcoran represented the buyer.
The second-highest sale was Unit 19 at Ocean Delray in Delray Beach, which closed for $10.8 million or $2,811 per square foot after 58 days on the market. Jennifer Kilpatrick and Mickel Averick of Corcoran had the listing, while Todd David Lipsich of Luxury Partners Realty represented the buyer.
