alm Beach County's condo market saw a boost in sales and dollar volume last month. Condo sales totaled $239 million in October, up from $221 million in September. Brokers closed 495 sales, a slight decrease from the 546 sales in August but an increase from the 445 sales in September.
Median sale prices ranged from $25,000 to $9.6 million, with a median of $251,125. The price per square foot varied widely, from $32 to $2,463, with a median of $231. In comparison, September's median sale price was $250,000, and the price per square foot was $228.
The highest-priced condo sale in October was Unit 303 at Boca Beach Residences, which sold for $9.6 million after 345 days on the market. The lowest-priced sale was Unit J at Kings Point Saxony, which traded for $25,000 after just 37 days on the market.
