From September 15th to 22nd, brokers closed 67 condo sales totaling $39.7 million, down from 91 sales worth $45.9 million the previous week. The average sale price rose to $593,041, up from $504,396 in the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $343 from $318.
The top 10 condo sales ranged from $725,000 to $5.1 million. Unit R-12 at Excelsior in Boca Raton led with a $5.1 million closing, or $1,187 per square foot, after 192 days on the market. The second-highest sale was unit 502N at the Palm Beach Hampton, priced at $4.5 million or $2,006 per square foot, and sold after 100 days.
