Partnership Expands in Georgia, New Leadership in South Florida

Georgia MLS partners with 12 local organizations to share listings, welcomes Jonathan Lickstein.

eorgia MLS has partnered with 12 local organizations to share listings, expanding access to over 55,000 agents and the state's largest inventory of properties. This agreement is the second major data-share deal in Georgia this month, following FMLS' partnership with three Alabama MLSs on January 14. The network now includes Georgia MLS and partner organizations such as the West Metro Board of Realtors, Albany Board of Realtors, and Carpet Capital Association of Realtors.

    Richard Boone, CEO of Georgia MLS, stated that the collaboration will benefit thousands of agents, enabling them to provide better service to their clients. Jonathan Lickstein has taken on the role of 2025 president at Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors, the third-largest local association in the nation with over 42,000 members. As president, Lickstein plans to focus on member education, technology, and client relationships through initiatives such as expanding the "Only a Realtor" campaign.
