ill and Tracy Spradlin embarked on a real estate venture in 2008, which would eventually become Impact Realty Group. Bill, a firefighter at the time, had started part-time as a sales agent in 2005 with his wife's support. After four years of part-time work, they launched their own business, leveraging established relationships with title firms, attorneys, and lenders.
Tracy's licensure as a real estate broker in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma marked a turning point for the couple. They aimed to create a tailored system for each client, focusing on personalized service. Initially, Impact Realty offered only real estate services but soon expanded into property management to better support clients.
Today, the firm is staffed by 11 professionals who cater to customers' needs, whether buying or selling. Tracy emphasizes that in today's busy world, it's essential for businesses to reach their customers where they are and make the process as intuitive as possible. At Impact Realty, this philosophy guides their approach to customized real estate services tailored to each individual's needs.
