ere's a look at recent real estate sales on South Pinellas beaches, from February 20-24.
On St. Pete Beach, several homes and condos changed hands. A 3/2.5 home built in 2016 sold for $3.05 million after listing for $3.75 million. Another home, a 2/2 unit built in 1956, sold for $3.1 million despite its higher asking price of $3.65 million. Two condos also sold: a 4/3.5 unit built in 1974 went for $675,000 after listing at $750,000, and a 1/2 unit built in 1990 sold for $535,000, just above its list price of $527,000.
On Treasure Island, three homes were sold. A 3/2 home built in 1969 sold for $725,000 after listing for $773,000. Two other homes also changed hands: a 2/2 unit built in 1956 went for $570,000 despite its higher asking price of $595,000, and a 1/1 condo built in 1983 sold for $422,000, just below its list price of $425,000.
On Madeira Beach, three homes were also sold. A 2/2 condo built in 1985 went for $600,000 after listing at $615,000. Two other homes changed hands: a 2/1 unit built in 1957 sold for $345,000 despite its higher asking price of $375,000, and a 2/2 home built in 1955 went for $350,000, just below its list price of $373,000.
