• VA9 Bear Valley LLC acquired the 7.25‑acre apartment complex at 3550 S. Kendall St., Denver, for $40 million from Advenir@Bear Valley LLC.
• ZS Capital Partners bought the 87,923‑sq‑ft Centennial Technology Center at 7442 & 7472 S. Tucson Way, Centennial, for $14.8 million from Centennial Tech Industrial Owner LLC. The firm will invest over $1 million in upgrades to reduce the 32 % vacancy and reposition the property. The deal was brokered by JLL’s Larry Thiel, Sean Whitney, Dave Lee, Jason Addlesperger and Philip Lee.
• Keith Matthew Hackbarth & Brooke Ann Hanson Living Trust purchased the 10‑townhome development at 9474‑9518 E. 109th Dr., Henderson, for $3.08 million from Bosaba Belle Creek III LLC. Brandon Kaufman and Andrew Vollert represented both parties.
• Mountain View Pain Center leased 5,676 sq‑ft at 6155 S. Main St., Suite 260, Aurora. Tenant rep Brandon Paxton; landlord rep David Shapiro & Karen Clarke (Transwestern) for Southlands TC LLC.
