akewood’s $100 million Silver Reef apartment complex at 12405 & 12205 W 2nd Place was the metro’s most expensive transaction this week, acquired by BMF V CO Silver Reef LLC from Lakewood Multifamily III DST.
In Denver, a consortium of Buckeye 5th Street, Harrison Properties, LI3 Co Investment and Rocky Mountain Industrial bought the 11500, 11101 E 53rd Ave. and 11100 E 55th Ave. sites for $39.28 million from Icon IPC Property Owner Pool 6 Colorado LLC.
Kurtz Fargo expanded to 12,192 sq ft at 1125 17th St., its largest office and third Colorado location. Hearth Bakery leased 1,375 sq ft at 5610 & 5620 S Curtice St., Littleton; Amanda Weaver represented the tenant, while developer Brett Murphy purchased the space from Gracefull Cafe for $735 k.
Malman Real Estate: 3220 East 52nd LLC bought a 25,000‑sq‑ft warehouse at 3220 E 52nd Ave. for $2.6 M from 1981 Inc LLC (buyer rep: Jake Malman). Alternative Auto Solutions LLC leased 10,252 sq ft at 3900 E 48th Ave. (landlord rep: Taylor Roy).
