erra Living Partners, a Boston-based impact housing owner/operator founded in 2024, has acquired The Plymouth Collection in Plymouth, MA. This 55-unit workforce housing portfolio was built between 2021-2022 and serves residents at 80% AMI.
Michael Alperin, Terra's founder and president, leverages his expertise to partner with communities, non-profits, and the public sector on attainable housing projects. With a background in community development and housing finance, Mr. Alperin has acquired or preserved over 7,700 units of affordable housing across 72 properties nationwide.
As Executive Director of the Brookline Housing Authority, Mr. Alperin led an organization managing over 3,500 units and vouchers. Prior to this role, he headed the Acquisitions Department at Beacon Communities, overseeing $750 million in real estate transactions nationwide.
