n Worcester's Poet Hill neighborhood, a milestone was reached at the 210-unit market-rate housing development on Hemans Street. The structural framework of the five-story residential complex is now complete, marking a significant achievement for Callahan Construction Managers amidst a challenging winter season.

    Located on a five-acre site, the project cleverly utilizes the natural slope to create a residential courtyard atop a double-podium parking garage, aligning with street level. Despite harsh weather conditions and difficult site conditions, Callahan's team persevered, managing tasks from concrete slabs to steel and wood framing, siding, and windows.

"Their support has been instrumental in reaching this milestone, bringing us closer to unveiling a vibrant multi-family community in Worcester."

    As one of several multi-family projects currently underway, the Poet Hill Residences is a testament to Callahan's expertise in building communities across Worcester County. The company recently celebrated another topping-off ceremony at Weiss Farm in Stoneham, a 259-unit LEED Silver-rated development, further solidifying its presence in the region.
