ondo sales and dollar volume declined in Broward last week. From November 3rd to 10th, brokers closed 88 condo sales totaling $30 million, down from the previous week's 149 sales worth $48.9 million. The average sale price rose to $340,709, up from $328,285 the week before. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $292 from $263.

    The top 10 sales ranged from $650,000 to $1.2 million. Unit A4 at 212 Briny Avenue in Pompano Beach led with a $1.2 million closing at $724 per square foot after 95 days on the market. The listing was held by Wahkuna Vega-Farrell of Compass Florida, and Kyshana Guzman of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.

    The second-highest sale was Unit 407 at Ocean Plaza in Deerfield Beach, which closed for $1.1 million or $547 per square foot. Stephen Katz and Karen Anderson of Keller Williams Realty had the listing, while Ximena Penuela of Fort Realty represented the buyer.
