Portland house sold for $1.2 million topped the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in the city over the past week. A total of 120 properties changed hands, with an average price of $518,225 or $331 per square foot.

    The top 10 sales are as follows:

    10. $784K, single-family house at 6107 S.W. Knightsbridge Drive: Sold for $783,580 in November, the 2,420 sqft home was built in 1988 and sold for $324 per sqft.

    9. $810K, condominium at 680 N.E. Ivy Street: The 1,005 sqft condo sold for $806 per sqft after being finalized on Nov. 26.

    8. $828K, single-family home at 217 N.E. 75th Ave.: Sold for $565 per sqft, the 1,466 sqft house was built in 1908 and changed hands on Dec. 2.

    7. $890K, single-family residence at 2715 N.E. Cesar E Chavez Blvd: The 2,404 sqft home sold for $370 per sqft after being finalized on Nov. 27.

    6. $900K, single-family residence at 5803 S.W. Garden Home Road: Sold for $534 per sqft, the 1,685 sqft house was built in 1927 and changed hands on Nov. 27.

    5. $905K, single-family house at 3134 N.E. 32nd Place: The 2,644 sqft home sold for $342 per sqft after being finalized on Nov. 27.

    4. $922K, single-family home at 3545 S.E. Harold Court: Sold for $400 per sqft, the 2,304 sqft house was built in 1952 and changed hands on Dec. 2.

    3. $930K, single-family house at 7035 S.E. 32nd Ave.: The 1,704 sqft home sold for $546 per sqft after being finalized on Nov. 26.

    2. $1 million, single-family home at 4566 N.E. Cesar E Chavez Blvd: Sold for $378 per sqft, the 2,665 sqft house was built in 2017 and changed hands on Nov. 26.

    1. $1.2 million, single-family residence at 2610 S.W. Fairmount Blvd: The 2,855 sqft home sold for $403 per sqft after being finalized on Nov. 26.
