ames T. Barry III, president of Milwaukee‑based The Barry Co., leads the third‑generation firm in real estate. He has brokered deals for clients such as Harley‑Davidson, MillerCoors, Roundy’s, U.S. Bank and Michels, earning more than 20 CARW Deal of the Year honors. Barry serves on boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Milwaukee, the Lynde & Harry Bradley Foundation, and the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty. He previously chaired and helped found the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and the Center for Real Estate at Marquette University. “Jim is one of the most involved commercial real estate professionals in Wisconsin,” says broker David Barry.
