ulteGroup is planning two new developments in Palm Beach County: a workforce-priced complex in Boynton Beach and a luxury community near Palm Beach Gardens. The Boynton Beach project, Heart of Boynton, will feature 19 single-family homes and 22 townhomes on a 4.5-acre site between North Seacrest Boulevard and Northeast First Street. Asking prices start at $218,400 for townhomes and $280,800 for single-family homes. Sales are expected to launch next year.
Near Palm Beach Gardens, Pulte's luxury brand DiVosta is developing the Reserve at Eastpointe, a 75-home community within the Eastpointe Country Club. The development will offer homes ranging from 2,018 to 3,810 square feet and start selling early next year with prices over $1 million. Buyers will receive membership to the country club, which features amenities like a gym, pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
PulteGroup is also working on several other projects in Palm Beach County, including 42 luxury homes in Wellington and 145 single-family homes in unincorporated areas. Additionally, DiVosta recently acquired 83 homesites at the Avenir master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens for $8.3 million.
