utnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke has announced an update on real estate tax bills, which are due this month. The bills were mailed out on January 14 and have begun to arrive at residents' homes. As of January 31, some mail had left the Columbus Postal Distribution Center, so some residents may already have received their bills while others will receive them soon.

    The due date for Putnam County real estate taxes is February 14. Warnecke advises residents who haven't received their bill by February 5 to contact her office at (419) 523-6588. The office can email a copy of the bill or allow residents to pick it up and pay in person at the courthouse.

    For those enrolled in automatic withdrawal, payments will be processed on February 7. If you're having trouble receiving your bill, please call Warnecke's office for assistance.
