The owners must now balance their lifestyle with the financial burden of upkeep.

    As I take in the beauty around me, my colleagues Sarah and Kate manage our office back home, staying connected with clients and handling business remotely. This trip has been a much-needed break, filled with inspiration from the stunning gardens and warm hospitality of our hosts. It's also been an opportunity to reflect on our recent successes, including two pending sales in multiple-offer scenarios.
