eal Estate and Eggy will co‑headline a four‑stop Northeast tour in January 2026, blending indie veterans with rising talent. Each show will feature full sets from both bands and “plenty of other surprises up our sleeves,” the announcement said.

    The run opens on Jan. 7 at The Met in Patucket, R.I., then moves to Empire Live in Albany, N.Y. (Jan. 8), Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y. (Jan. 9), and concludes at the State Theatre in Portland, Maine (Jan. 10).

    Tickets go on pre‑sale Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. ET, with general sale Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. ET. Details are on eggymusic.com and realestatetheband.com.

    Real Estate finished their 2025 tour with the final Atlas anniversary shows over the weekend. Eggy has 11 shows left in the year, including a two‑night Halloween run at Denver’s Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom with Chalk Dinosaur and Sqwerv on Oct. 31–Nov. 1, and a hometown finale in New Haven, Conn. on Nov. 26.
