    Showcase Real Estate, a Northern California-based independent brokerage, has joined The Real Brokerage's Private Label program. This move adds 45 agents to Real's roster and expands its presence in seven counties. Founder Donna Phelan cited Real's focus on empowering agents as a key factor in their decision.
