reanna Banaciski is a Tampa Bay real estate agent who's making waves with her listing videos, which have gone viral for their biting humor and irreverent takes on the competitive real estate market. The 30-year-old obtained her license last August after working in sales roles, including cars and semiconductors, where she honed her skills in performing and theatre through improv at Busch Gardens.
Banaciski's videos often feature one-liners like "This house was built in 1922. 22? No one tell Leonardo DiCaprio" or "What do rich people do with a closet this size? This is where they store their tax write-offs." She scripts everything out now, including her Donald Trump impersonations, which are fan favorites.
Despite not being a standup comic by day job, Banaciski's social media stats are impressive: 327,000 Instagram followers, 288,800 TikTok followers, and over 2.9 million likes on TikTok. Her videos often rack up thousands of comments, with most being positive, except for the occasional offended Realtor or broker.
Banaciski started her real estate career last summer after working in sales and videography. She says she was a theatre kid growing up and always wanted to perform. The grind of sales eventually got to her, but things took off when some videos started going viral. Realtor.com profiled her in late May, followed by stories on BuzzFeed and a real estate website in New Zealand.
Now, Banaciski is inundated with leads from all over the country, including brands interested in influencer marketing partnerships. However, she's hesitant to sell out, saying she built her brand around being authentic. She might monetize the attention through her video company or consider appearing on a show like Netflix. "That really would be insane," she says.
