Real Estate Fund Surpasses $300m in Assets Under Management

Forum Investment Group's Real Estate Income Fund surpasses $300m in net assets under management.

F
orum Investment Group's Real Estate Income Fund (FREIF) has exceeded $300m (£225m) in net assets under management since its launch in October 2019. The fund aims to provide high income potential with lower volatility by investing in a diversified portfolio of public and private real estate debt investments.

According to Lee Beck, president at Forum Investment Group, reaching the $300m mark signifies FREIF's growth into a scaled platform with long-term staying power. He notes that in today's market, investors are reassessing their portfolio allocations, making FREIF an attractive alternative to traditional fixed income exposure.

The fund focuses on hard-asset, real estate-backed debt investments, prioritizing downside risk mitigation and long-term value creation. This approach allows investors to benefit from the stability of real estate assets while minimizing potential losses.
