Real Estate Heir's Associate Faces Gang Rape Charges in Miami-Dade Court

Fourth person linked to sex trafficking ring involving wealthy brothers to surrender

A
friend of three wealthy brothers with ties to Miami Beach's luxury real estate industry turned himself in on Wednesday as part of a gang rape case. Ohad Fisherman, 39, is accused of participating in the assault along with Oren and Alon Alexander back in December 2016. He was arraigned on state charges in Miami-Dade court and released on $25,000 bond, plus a personal surety bond of $260,000 guaranteed by his wife and mother-in-law.

Fisherman's attorney disputed the allegations, saying he "vehemently denies" them. Court documents obtained by Local 10 News allege that Fisherman held the victim down while Oren and Alon Alexander took turns assaulting her. The brothers, both 37, face federal charges of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

The alleged crimes date back to 2010 and involve evidence such as text messages, videos, photos, and testimony from about 40 women. Investigators allege three separate assaults took place in Florida between December 2016 and October 2021, each involving a different victim. The charges against the Alexanders have drawn widespread attention due to their prominence in the real estate and security industries.

Oren and Tal Alexander founded Official, a luxury real estate firm with offices in Manhattan and Miami Beach. They were granted bail before being transferred to federal custody. Their state court hearing was postponed to Thursday, and they will be transported by U.S. Marshals for a pre-trial detention hearing. Fisherman is expected to be booked into jail before posting bond.
